Original Window Frame Exhibits the Skewed Measurements of the era
Subject
Original Window Frame exhibiting Skewed Measurements
Description
On close inspection, viewers may notice none of the original window frames or walls are perfectly straight.
This may be due in part to the fact that the building is over 200 years old, but also likely related to the fact that at the time Mr. William Shannon was hired, the area was so scarcely populated that is was quite common that a builder with no classical architectural education would also be expected to act as architect, joiner and general contractor.
